why are your bars refrigerated?
we do not use any preservatives or artificial ingredients. refrigeration helps preserve the fresh texture, consistency and flavor of all our bars naturally.
how long do they last outside the fridge?
our bars stay fresh for at least one week outside the refrigerator. After that, they may begin to dry out as the natural oils from the peanut butter slowly separate.
For the best texture and flavor, please store them in the refrigerator.
what if my bars arrived warm?
don't worry! your bars are still completely safe to eat.
they can safely spend time in transit at room temperature. simply place them in the refrigerator as soon as they arrive to restore their ideal texture.
what is your shipping policy?
we ship orders monday through wednesday so your bars arrive the same week. by avoiding late-week shipments, we help prevent your order from sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend.
every order is packed cold with insulated packaging and ice packs to help maintain the texture, consistency and flavor of your bars during transit.
why do you only ship to illinois?
ntty is currently made in our home kitchen under the illinois cottage food law. these regulations allow us to sell and ship our bars only within the state of illinois.
we're working toward expanding production in the future, but for now we're proud to handcraft every bar right here in illinois.
what is your return policy?
because our products are food, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
