At ntty, every order is handcrafted in small batches and shipped cold to help ensure it arrives fresh.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout Illinois only.

Orders are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs to help keep your bars cool during transit.

To minimize the chance of packages sitting over the weekend, orders generally ship Monday through Wednesday.

Local Delivery

Customers within our local delivery area will see a $5 flat-rate local delivery option during checkout.

If we need to coordinate your delivery, we’ll contact you using the information provided with your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of 3 or more packs within Illinois.

When Your Order Arrives

Your bars may arrive cool, cold, or at room temperature depending on weather and transit conditions. This is normal.

Please refrigerate your bars as soon as possible after delivery for the best texture and freshness.

Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
